TURKISH MENEMEN
Many people love Turkish cuisine, so I wanted to give a simple recipe, which you can eat for breakfast or if you are home alone you can cook in five minutes and feel satisfied.
Ingredients:
-A few green peppers
-1 egg
-Zest or little cut pieces of tomato.
-Sausages(optional for meat lovers.)
STEPS:
-First, cut the peppers into little pieces.
-Shred the tomato, or if you wish, cut with a knife.
-Cut the sausage and in a small bowl, break the egg and whisk until homogeneous.
-Put some oil in a pan and when it’s hot add the peppers, sausages if you want them,and tomato.
-Wait a few minutes and stir the vegetables and the meat,and when they are all cooked,add the egg.
-When the egg is ready,you can serve it with the pot if you wish,or not.

Eliminaohhh interesting I taught many Turkish peoples don't eat common sausages from the markets can you specify what kind of sausages we should use ?
RispondiEliminaWell you can find sausages in all of the supermarkets,and in Turkey because 96.5 percent of us is Muslims,we don't have pork sausages,thanks for 'interesting'
